If you have been waiting more than 2 working days for an order confirmation, check your e-mail software’s spam folder and then contact us.
Your order will take 1-3 working days to process. As soon as we dispatch your order, we will send you a notification e-mail and a link where you can track the consignment.
Postage is free for all orders within the EU. Postage for orders outside the EU is 20 EUR. If you wish to ship express, please contact us via e-mail.
We cannot influence the exact delivery day, but these are our standard delivery times:
EU (except for Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Malta, Portugal, Sweden) : 3-7 business days
rest of the world: 7-21 business days
If you decide to make use of your right to return goods:
We deal with all returns within 14 working days after receiving them. Please use a postal service that can be tracked – we are not responsible for consignments that do not reach us. You are responsible for the items until they are delivered to us. We accept no liability for goods damaged during on their way to us. It is the sender’s responsibility to pack the gloves in a way protecting them from damage.
Our gloves are covered by a 24-month warranty. If you discover a defect during that period, please contact us by e-mail at email@example.com.
If you need to repair your gloves or alter them in any way, we will be happy to recommend reliable experts.
